He is the President and CEO of Deacon Global Capital Corp., a hybrid merchant bank/private equity group. Mr. Deacon also serves on the board of various public and private companies.

Mr. Cormier joins River Birch following more than a decade serving in senior accounting roles with leading insurance companies in Canada and Bermuda. His extensive international accounting and finance background in taxation and the treatment of cross border transactions, along with comprehensive knowledge in financial reporting standards and compliance positions River Birch well for achieving its objectives for entry into new markets and global expansion.

Mr. Livingstone leads the role of Business Development with a focus on sales and customer service excellence.  Alex brings over 20 years of experience in the municipal sector as a certified Class IV Water Distribution and Supply Operator in Ontario as well as a strong understanding of Wastewater and related fields.  In addition to his strong knowledge of business development and customer service, Alex is an avid athlete competing in triathlons and various other sporting events.

Kevin brings over 30 years of experience where he has successfully managed major projects in water and wastewater infrastructure, stormwater management and led multi-billion-dollar projects in land development, and large-scale mining. He leads our development of innovative, cost-effective products where his solutions blend creativity and practicality. His extensive hands-on experience in construction and business development enhances his ability to deliver results that align with client goals.

As a seasoned professional in civil engineering with a specialization in water and wastewater management, Mahsa has excelled in process design, optimization, commissioning, water regulations, and planning for municipal and industrial plants. She has played a key role in international projects across China and the Middle East and collaborated with technical teams from Germany, France, China, and Austria. She has a proven track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions, particularly in the design and implementation of advanced systems.

Andy leads our administration and procurement departments with a focus on managing procurement processes and nurturing vendor relationships. He brings a unique perspective and dedication to his role, drawing on his diverse background and strong work ethic. Andy is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, and English, making him a vital resource in supporting our international localization and integration initiatives. His diverse background and understanding of various cultures make him a valuable resource for our team.
